psychotherapy

I am trained in highly effective therapies targeting complex trauma, OCD, and anxiety, and am certified to treat substance use. With an integrative and eclectic approach that is humanistic and strengths-based, I apply anti-oppressive, feminist, queer, and body/sex-positive lenses, and incorporate harm reduction principles. Together we establish a foundation of safety and trust, and aim to move at a pace that reduces destabilization but may also benefit from more direct communication and accountability at times to facilitate progress.

My practice is self/private pay only and do not work with any insurance companies but you may be able to access out-of-network benefits. A reduced rate is available for students and early-career clinicians, I work with Open Path Collective members when there is availability dedicated for progressive scale clients, and am contracted with Lyra and Revive if that is your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits administrator. clinical supervision or case consultation

I can provide supervision to LSW's accumulating hours and pursuing clinical licensure, or case consultations with licensed clinicians whom work with aligned populations and treatment approaches on an individual basis or group, if offered.

business consulting

As an entrepreneur with corporate experience in marketing, design, branding, and business development, I offer business consultation in these areas to allied professionals.  Having launched an Intensive Outpatient Program at a premier LGBTQ+ health center, I consult with treatment facilities, corporations, and other organizations to foster inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ individuals and/or those in recovery. about me

After my first career in marketing and fashion design in Manhattan, my personal healing and recovery journey, and professional training has been transformational. I completed a Health Coaching certificate program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started my first business in 2010.  I would find myself referring clients to therapists for trauma-related issues so I pursued my Masters degree at Rutgers University to broaden my holistic approach to wellness with a specialization in substance use, and where I'm now also an adjunct professor.

I started my practice in 2020 and have been featured in various media and events. I was a Comcast Rise grant recipient in 2023, profiled as and LGBTQ+ Leader by Philadelphia Business Journal in 2024, and recognized as a Health Care Hero among the '49 Most Influential LGBTQ+ Leaders' by Philadelphia Gay News in 2025. In 2026 on 8/8, I differentiated my psychotherapy services from Wellness Coaching which I maintain branded as Intrins Inq.

As a writer, speaker, educator, supervisor, consultant, board member, volunteer, activist or advocate, I have delivered content, presentations, trainings, workshops, panel discussions, curricula, events, guidance, mentorship, vision, leadership, and passion.

My own self-discovery was inspired by the end of a relationship and propelled by perspectives that view challenges as growth opportunities, and a faith that when we harness the courage to leap, the net will appear...this alchemy is available to you as well.
